So, the majority of the people I've talked to seem to have liked the 6th book, or at least thought it was better than the 5th one. I have thoroughly spoiled myself for just about *every* possible aspect, heh, and I don't think there's anything in it that will horribly bother me.

I wasn't planning to buy it, but Ka-chan and I went grocery shopping last night and it was on sale there right by the door, so I figured it was a sign (or a ploy to make money, heh). So I went ahead and bought it. Haven't touched it yet, though, and probably won't for several days. I've got a lot to do.

Also, Ka-chan and I were watching the extended edition of The Fellowship of the Ring, since I bought it used the other week, and I'd just like to mention that no matter how cool HP gets, LOTR will always be about ten times cooler and I love it to pieces.

Also also, I spent way too much time at [info]potterpuffs yesterday, something I suggest everyone does. *points at icons* Take that, JKR! Your het CANNOT DETER MY RABID YAOI FANGIRLISM!

Sirius/Remus totally my OTP. XD

Avoided the other entry like the plague for fear of spoilers!, but I wanted to add that I'm really diggin' the book so far as well. Not anywhere near as much a chore to read as the last one. :) Yay!

Heh... To all my friends who ask me about HP/LOTR preferences, I answer the same: Let's see how HP fares three decades from today. LOL

It really wasn't that het-y. Tonks pined after Remus, Remus refused, and apparently agreed to start seeing her by the end. (My last post has a link to a good thing on it, if you want to read. :3)
